Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email after your order confirming it and then we’ll send you another to let you know your Shore Shower is on it’s way.
LOCAL PICKUP (CLICK AND COLLECT PAPAMOA) – If you live local and would rather pick up, choose our click and collect option and we will email you when you product is ready to be picked up or if you are close by we may be able to drop it to you…now that’s service!
SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days using New Zealand Post, their shipping times are delivery within 2 - 7 days.
Rates are:
- North Island $12
- North Island Rural Delivery $16
- South Island $20
- South Island Rural Delivery $25
- Click and collect - Free
Approximate delivery times with NZ Post are as follows:
- North Island orders: 2-4 working days.
- South Island orders: 2-4 working days.
Rural delivery or remote locations can take just a little longer so please allow an additional 2 working days.
At this stage we do not ship outside of New Zealand at this time.
