It depends which shower head you are using, as more water comes out of some than others, but you should have 2.5 - 4 minutes shower time...and you'll be amazed what and how well you can clean off in that time.

Yes you most certainly can! Just simply fill the shower with hot/warm water (be sure it's a temperature that will not burn you and lower than 50 degrees Celsius). In summer months it will stay warm for a few hours, in winter it may be less depending on how cold it is.
